Lose It! iPhone App
Since February 12th, I lost just over 20 pounds thanks in part to the free Lose It! iPhone app.  It’s a simple, effective way to track your weight, calorie intake, and exercise routine.  I’m now at just under 150 pounds, which is what I weighed when I graduated from high school (I’m 5’8”).  Now to just maintain this goal and avoid ballooning back up to fatso.
